At N-Hype, we strive for perfection in every order; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all sneakers and apparel remain in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original designer box and use a protective outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to N-Hype

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our authentication team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
